Today we veer a bit from sales, and instead talk about personal development, and things that you can do to raise your professionalization and achieve success. If you’re not familiar with the term mastermind it’s not evil cabal that you might see on a James Bond film! A Mastermind is a meeting with four to six participants where people get together regularly to help coach, consult, empathize and hold one another accountable.

The Mastermind Group was first conceived by Napoleon Hill the author of Think and Grow Rich. It has been in practice for centuries under different names, but it’s still the same concept, having like minded people help one another in business.
