  • Who is collecting the data?  Pat Helmers at Sales Babble! The data is collected and stored for my email system, not on this website.
  • What data is being collected?  Your first name, some cases your last name and email address.

  • How will the information be used?  To send you emails about new podcast episodes, share advice and periodically offer consulting and products. If you subscribe to the class we store where you last left off in the course.
  • How long will the data be stored for? Until you delete it. Also, periodically I go through my list and delete people who don't read my emails. There is no need to send emails that won't be read.
  • What rights does the data subject have?  You own your own data, We're  happy to share whats collected and if you want it deleted, we're  happy to comply.
